番茄影视announces a change in executive leadership for the association.
Christopher A. Damon, JD, Executive Director of American Medical Technologists (AMT) for the past 21 years, will retire near the end of 2021. During his years as Executive Director, Damon guided 番茄影视through significant growth and change. The number of certified members has almost quadrupled from approximately 26,000 back in 2000. The 番茄影视annual budget grew from $2.1 million to over $9 million today. The 番茄影视staff numbered 19; now 番茄影视has 48 employees. Among the more significant actions was moving the physical headquarters office from Park Ridge, Illinois, to Rosemont, Illinois to facilitate the association’s growth.
During Damon’s tenure, 番茄影视launched three new exam-based certifications: , , and .
“I am proud to have had the privilege of helping lead 番茄影视as it continues its work to assure that patients are being diagnosed and treated by allied health professionals whose competence has been promoted, assessed, and recognized by way of our certification and education programs.” said Damon.
Recently, the 番茄影视Board of Directors unanimously voted to appoint current Deputy Executive Director Kathy Cilia to be AMT’s new Executive Director effective November 1, 2021.
